Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who this policy applies to

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid plans, usage-based charges and prepaid balance bought from Mostly Tiny Ltd for mostlypdf.com. It explains how to cancel, when we refund, and the rights the law gives you, which this policy never reduces. Effective date: 2026-10-01.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then does not renew. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period, except as set out below.

3. Our 14-day refund promise

If you are not happy with your first payment for a plan, contact us at hello@mostlytiny.io within 14 days of paying and we will refund that payment in full. For a monthly plan that is the whole monthly charge; for an annual plan it is the whole annual charge. You do not need to give a reason.

For an annual plan that has renewed, if you ask us within 30 days of the renewal date we will refund the unused whole months of the renewed year.

4. Your legal right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel a contract made online within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving any reason.

Our service starts immediately when you ask it to. If you ask us to start the service during those 14 days and then cancel, the law allows us to charge for the service supplied up to the time you told us you were cancelling, in proportion to the whole. Under our 14-day refund promise above we choose to refund your first payment in full instead.

Your right to cancel a service contract ends once the service has been fully performed, if it began with your express request and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right on full performance. Where we supply digital content that is not a service, your right to cancel ends once supply begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right.

To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to hello@mostlytiny.io before the 14 days run out. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

Address of consumer(s): [address]. Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is sent on paper). Date: [date].

6. Usage-based charges

Charges for usage beyond your plan and pay-as-you-go usage (for example renders, AI requests or API calls) are charged as you use the service and are not refundable once the usage has taken place, unless the service was faulty (see "If something goes wrong").

7. Prepaid balance

If you hold prepaid balance with us, any unused balance is refundable to the card you paid with if you ask within 90 days of the top-up; after that, refunds of unused balance are at our discretion. When you close your account we refund any remaining balance. Balance does not expire.

8. If something goes wrong

If you are a consumer, we must provide the service with reasonable care and skill and as we described it. If we do not, you are entitled to ask us to put it right, or, if that is impossible or we fail to do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, to a price reduction, which can be a full refund. These rights are in addition to this policy.

9. How refunds are paid

We refund to the payment method you used, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day you told us you were cancelling or we agreed the refund. We do not charge a fee for refunding you.

10. Business customers

The statutory rights described above are consumer rights. If you buy for a business, the sections "Cancelling a subscription", "Our 14-day refund promise", "Usage-based charges" and "Prepaid balance" apply to you.
