Politique d'utilisation acceptable

1. Utilisation acceptable

3. Rules for every Mostly Tiny product

You must not use any Mostly Tiny product to create, store, send or link to unlawful content, or to distribute malware.

You must not try to break or get around our security, rate limits, quotas or plan limits — including by opening several free accounts to get more free usage.

Keep your API keys and sign-in credentials secret. You are responsible for everything done with your API keys and under your account.

4. Additional rules: MostlyPDF

Only upload files you are entitled to process. Do not upload unlawful content; we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

AI answers are there to assist you. Check them before you rely on them.

5. Additional rules: Mostly Tiny accounts and organisations

One person per account: do not share your sign-in details. Organisation owners and admins control their organisation's members, wallet and data, and are responsible for how they use that control.

6. Application

7. Reporting abuse and illegal content

Report a code, link, page, file or account you believe breaks this policy or the law to abuse@mostlytiny.io. Include where it is (for example the QR short link or page address) and why you think it is unlawful or harmful. You do not need an account to report.

We review reports promptly and act on phishing and malware first. When we remove or restrict something, we tell the account holder what we did and why, unless the law or safety prevents it, and they can ask us to review the decision by replying to that notice. We also tell the person who reported it what we decided.

8. Reporting illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)

Where we host content that you or other users provide and the EU Digital Services Act applies to us, you can notify us of specific items you consider to be illegal content by contacting abuse@mostlytiny.io. To help us act, please include enough detail to locate and assess the content — ideally the reasons you consider it illegal, its exact electronic location (such as the URL), your name and email (except for reports of certain offences against children), and a statement that you believe your notice is accurate and complete in good faith. We will handle such notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way, and tell you of our decision and the redress available against it.
