1. Accettazione di questi termini

Queste Condizioni di Servizio ("Condizioni") costituiscono un accordo vincolante tra te e Mostly Tiny Ltd ("noi") e disciplinano il tuo accesso e utilizzo di mostlypdf.com e qualsiasi servizio che forniamo attraverso di esso. Accedendo o utilizzando mostlypdf.com, accetti queste Condizioni. Se non sei d'accordo, non utilizzare il servizio. Data di entrata in vigore: 2026-10-01.

2. How these terms fit together

These Terms apply to your Mostly Tiny account and to every Mostly Tiny product you use with it (MostlyQR, MostlyPDF, MostlyRender and MostlyPrivacy). Each product also has a short schedule at the end of that product's copy of these Terms. If a schedule and these Terms conflict, the schedule wins for that product.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy form part of these Terms. If you are a business customer, so does our Data Processing Agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Each is published at /legal on the product's own website.

3. Who can use the services

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

4. Consumers and business customers

You are a consumer if you use the services wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Otherwise — for example if you sign up with a work account, subscribe for an organisation or give a business tax ID — you are a business customer. Some sections of these Terms apply only to consumers and some only to business customers; they say so.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which lists what is not allowed on each product and how to report abuse. We may remove content, disable a code, link or page, or suspend an account that breaches it, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

7. Il tuo contenuto

Se il servizio ti consente di inviare contenuti, mantieni i tuoi diritti su di esso ma concedi a Mostly Tiny Ltd una licenza per ospitarlo, archiviarlo e visualizzarlo come necessario per operare il servizio. Sei responsabile del contenuto che invii e confermi di avere il diritto di inviarlo.

8. La nostra proprietà intellettuale

Eccetto il tuo contenuto, tutti i materiali su mostlypdf.com — inclusi testo, design, loghi e software — sono di proprietà di Mostly Tiny Ltd o dei suoi licenzianti e protetti dalle leggi sulla proprietà intellettuale. 9. Tariffe e pagamento

Quando il servizio è a pagamento, le tariffe, il ciclo di fatturazione e i termini di rinnovo sono quelli indicati all'acquisto, e possono essere applicate tasse. I diritti di rimborso sono indicati nella nostra Politica di rimborso o richiesti dalla legge sulla protezione dei consumatori che ti si applica.

10. Subscriptions and usage-based charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Some products also charge for usage — for example renders, AI requests or API calls beyond what your plan includes. The included usage, the price per unit and whether a plan is capped or keeps running are shown on the product's pricing page and in your billing settings before you buy, and the product schedule explains how usage is counted.

11. Your Mostly Tiny wallet

You can add prepaid credit (US$5 to US$1,000 per top-up) to your Mostly Tiny wallet. It pays for usage-based charges on Mostly Tiny products at the prices shown on each product's pricing page. The balance can only be used for Mostly Tiny services: it cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash or used with anyone else, and it earns no interest. It does not expire.

Auto-recharge is off unless you turn it on. If you turn it on, you authorise us to charge your saved card the top-up amount you choose whenever your balance falls below the threshold you choose, without asking you each time. We email a receipt for every automatic charge. You can turn auto-recharge off at any time in your settings, and that stops future automatic charges immediately.

For an organisation's wallet, only its owners and admins can add cards, top up or change auto-recharge. Refunds of unused balance are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your billing settings; it then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out our 14-day refund promise, your legal right to cancel if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, how usage and wallet balance are treated, and how refunds are paid.

13. Modifiche alle nostre tariffe

14. Servizi di terze parti

mostlypdf.com può collegarsi a servizi di terze parti che non controlliamo o integrarsi con loro. Non siamo responsabili per i loro contenuti o pratiche, e il tuo uso di tali servizi è disciplinato dai loro termini.

15. Sospensione e terminazione

Puoi smettere di usare il servizio in qualsiasi momento. Possiamo sospendere o terminare il tuo accesso se violi questi Termini, oppure quando necessario per proteggere il servizio o conformarci alla legge. I Termini che per natura dovrebbero sopravvivere alla terminazione continueranno ad applicarsi.

16. I tuoi diritti legali come consumatore

Nulla in questi Termini esclude o limita i tuoi diritti legali come consumatore che non possono essere esclusi secondo la legge che ti si applica. Un termine iniquo non è vincolante per te; il resto di questi Termini continua ad applicarsi.

Se sei un consumatore nel Regno Unito, il Consumer Rights Act 2015 ti conferisce diritti che non possono essere esclusi o limitati — incluso che i beni sono di qualità soddisfacente, idonei allo scopo e come descritti (ss. 9–11), che i servizi sono forniti con ragionevole diligenza e competenza (s. 49), e diritti equivalenti per i contenuti digitali (ss. 34–36); una clausola non ti vincola nella misura in cui tenta di escludere o limitare questi diritti (ss. 31, 57). Se sei un consumatore nell'UE, la Direttiva 93/13/CEE sulle clausole abusive significa che qualsiasi clausola che non abbiamo negoziato individualmente e che, contrariamente alla buona fede, causa uno squilibrio significativo a tuo danno non ti vincola (art. 3, 6).

17. Esclusione di garanzie

Nella misura consentita dalle leggi che ti si applicano, mostlypdf.com è fornito "così com'è" e "come disponibile" senza garanzie di alcun tipo, e non garantiamo che sarà ininterrotto, privo di errori o sicuro. Nulla in questa sezione esclude o limita alcuna garanzia, protezione o diritto che non può essere escluso dalla legge — inclusi, per i consumatori, i diritti statutari descritti sopra (ad esempio, secondo il Consumer Rights Act 2015 del Regno Unito, che i beni sono di qualità soddisfacente e i servizi sono forniti con ragionevole diligenza e competenza).

18. Limitazione della responsabilità

Fermi restando i tuoi diritti dei consumatori previsti dalla legge di cui sopra e nella misura consentita dalle leggi che ti si applicano, Mostly Tiny Ltd non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali o consequenziali, o per la perdita di profitti, dati o avviamento, derivanti dal tuo uso di mostlypdf.com; e la nostra responsabilità totale per qualsiasi reclamo è limitata all'importo che ci hai pagato, se presente, per il servizio nei 12 mesi precedenti il reclamo. 19. If you are a business customer

This section applies only to business customers and replaces, for them, the limit in "Limitation of liability" above.

Data Processing Agreement. Where we process personal data on your behalf — for example the scan data of people who scan your QR codes, the consent records of your website's visitors, or the documents and pages you ask us to process — our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms, without a separate signature.

Liability. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) £1,000. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The consumer rights described in these Terms and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy do not apply to business customers; our 14-day refund promise does.

20. Legge applicabile e controversie

I presenti Termini sono disciplinati dalle leggi di England and Wales, e i tribunali di England and Wales hanno competenza su qualsiasi controversia al riguardo.

21. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, in our services or in how we run them. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect and show the new effective date here. If you do not agree, you can cancel or close your account before the change takes effect, and a change never alters a billing period you have already paid for. Changes that are not material — such as clearer wording — take effect when we publish them.

23. MostlyPDF: the service and usage

MostlyPDF provides tools to convert, edit and process PDF files, an AI assistant and an API. Many tools run in your browser; others process your file on our servers. AI requests and API usage beyond your plan are charged per use from your Mostly Tiny wallet at the prices on the pricing page, and the usage is shown in your account.

24. MostlyPDF: the AI assistant

AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them against the document before you rely on them. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

The assistant is provided by Anthropic, which processes the text you send it on our behalf. Under its commercial terms that text is not used to train its models and is deleted from its systems within 30 days, except where it must keep it longer by law or to enforce its usage policies. Do not use the assistant on a document you are not allowed to share with a service provider.

25. MostlyPDF: who owns the outputs

As between you and us, you own the files we generate from your inputs, subject to any rights third parties have in the material you give us or ask us to capture. We claim no rights in them beyond the licence we need to store, process and deliver them to you.
