1. Akkoord met deze voorwaarden

Deze Servicevoorwaarden ("Voorwaarden") vormen een bindende overeenkomst tussen u en Mostly Tiny Ltd ("wij", "ons") en bepalen uw toegang tot en gebruik van mostlypdf.com en alle services die wij daardoor aanbieden. Door mostlypdf.com in te zien of te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze Voorwaarden. Indien u niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de service niet. Ingangsdatum: 2026-10-01.

2. How these terms fit together

These Terms apply to your Mostly Tiny account and to every Mostly Tiny product you use with it (MostlyQR, MostlyPDF, MostlyRender and MostlyPrivacy). Each product also has a short schedule at the end of that product's copy of these Terms. If a schedule and these Terms conflict, the schedule wins for that product.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy form part of these Terms. If you are a business customer, so does our Data Processing Agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Each is published at /legal on the product's own website.

3. Who can use the services

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

4. Consumers and business customers

You are a consumer if you use the services wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Otherwise — for example if you sign up with a work account, subscribe for an organisation or give a business tax ID — you are a business customer. Some sections of these Terms apply only to consumers and some only to business customers; they say so.

5. Uw account

Als u een account aanmaakt, moet u nauwkeurige informatie verstrekken, uw inloggegevens veilig houden en bent u verantwoordelijk voor activiteiten op uw account. Meld ons onmiddellijk op privacy@mostlytiny.io van ongeautoriseerd gebruik.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which lists what is not allowed on each product and how to report abuse. We may remove content, disable a code, link or page, or suspend an account that breaches it, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

7. Uw inhoud

Als de service u toestaat inhoud in te dienen, behoudt u uw rechten erop maar verleent u Mostly Tiny Ltd een licentie om deze naar behoefte te hosten, op te slaan en weer te geven voor de werking van de service. U bent verantwoordelijk voor inhoud die u indient en bevestigt dat u het recht hebt dit in te dienen.

8. Ons intellectueel eigendom

Behalve uw inhoud is al het materiaal op mostlypdf.com — inclusief tekst, ontwerp, logo's en software — eigendom van Mostly Tiny Ltd of zijn licentiegevers en beschermd door intellectuele-eigendomswetten. Wij verlenen u een beperkt, persoonlijk, niet-overdraagbaar, herroepbaar recht om de service voor het beoogde doel te gebruiken.

9. Kosten en betaling

Waar de dienst betaald is, gelden de kosten, factureringscyclus en verlengingsvoorwaarden die bij aankoop worden weergegeven, en kunnen belastingen van toepassing zijn. Eventuele terugbetalingsrechten staan vermeld in ons Terugbetalingsbeleid of zijn vereist onder de consumentenwetgeving die op u van toepassing is.

10. Subscriptions and usage-based charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Some products also charge for usage — for example renders, AI requests or API calls beyond what your plan includes. The included usage, the price per unit and whether a plan is capped or keeps running are shown on the product's pricing page and in your billing settings before you buy, and the product schedule explains how usage is counted.

11. Your Mostly Tiny wallet

You can add prepaid credit (US$5 to US$1,000 per top-up) to your Mostly Tiny wallet. It pays for usage-based charges on Mostly Tiny products at the prices shown on each product's pricing page. The balance can only be used for Mostly Tiny services: it cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash or used with anyone else, and it earns no interest. It does not expire.

Auto-recharge is off unless you turn it on. If you turn it on, you authorise us to charge your saved card the top-up amount you choose whenever your balance falls below the threshold you choose, without asking you each time. We email a receipt for every automatic charge. You can turn auto-recharge off at any time in your settings, and that stops future automatic charges immediately.

For an organisation's wallet, only its owners and admins can add cards, top up or change auto-recharge. Refunds of unused balance are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your billing settings; it then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out our 14-day refund promise, your legal right to cancel if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, how usage and wallet balance are treated, and how refunds are paid.

13. Wijzigingen in onze tarieven

We kunnen onze tarieven van tijd tot tijd wijzigen. De prijs van een eenmalige aankoop is de prijs die wordt weergegeven bij het afrekenen wanneer je koopt, en een latere wijziging van onze tarieven heeft geen invloed op een aankoop die je al hebt voltooid.

Voor abonnementen en andere herhalende kosten geven we je redelijke voorafgaande kennisgeving van enige wijziging in je terugkerende vergoeding voordat deze van kracht wordt. De nieuwe vergoeding is alleen van toepassing vanaf je volgende factureringsperiode of vernieuwing; als je het niet ermee eens bent, kun je voor de inwerkingtreding opzeggen. Een prijswijziging zal nooit een factureringsperiode die je al hebt betaald wijzigen.

14. Services van derden

mostlypdf.com kan verwijzingen naar services van derden toevoegen of deze integreren die we niet beheren. We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor hun inhoud of praktijken, en uw gebruik ervan wordt beheerst door hun eigen voorwaarden.

15. Opschorting en beëindiging

U mag de service op elk moment stopzetten. We kunnen uw toegang opschorten of beëindigen als u deze Voorwaarden schendt, of waar nodig om de service te beschermen of te voldoen aan de wet. Voorwaarden die van nature na beëindiging van kracht moeten blijven, blijven van toepassing.

16. Uw wettelijke rechten als consument

Niets in deze Voorwaarden sluit uit of beperkt uw wettelijke consumentenrechten die niet kunnen worden uitgesloten onder de op u toepasselijke wetgeving. Een oneerlijke voorwaarde is niet bindend voor u; de rest van deze Voorwaarden blijft van toepassing.

Bent u een consument in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, dan geeft de Consumer Rights Act 2015 u rechten die niet kunnen worden uitgesloten of beperkt — inclusief dat goederen van bevredigende kwaliteit zijn, geschikt voor het doel en zoals beschreven (ss. 9–11), dat diensten met redelijke zorg en vakkundigheid worden uitgevoerd (s. 49), en gelijkwaardige rechten voor digitale inhoud (ss. 34–36); een bepaling is niet bindend voor u voorzover het deze rechten tracht uit te sluiten of te beperken (ss. 31, 57). Bent u een consument in de EU, dan betekent de Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC) dat elke bepaling die we niet afzonderlijk met u hebben onderhandeld en die, tegen goed vertrouwen in, een aanzienlijke onevenwichtigheid voor uw nadeel veroorzaakt, niet bindend voor u is (art. 3, 6).

17. Uitsluiting van garanties

Voor zover het toepasselijke recht dit toestaat, wordt mostlypdf.com aangeboden "as is" en "as available" zonder enige garanties, en wij waarborgen niet dat het ononderbroken, foutloos of veilig zal zijn. Niets in dit gedeelte sluit uit of beperkt enige garantie, waarborg of recht dat niet kan worden uitgesloten bij wet — inclusief, voor consumenten, de wettelijke rechten die hierboven zijn beschreven (bijvoorbeeld onder de Consumer Rights Act 2015 van het Verenigd Koninkrijk, dat goederen van bevredigende kwaliteit zijn en diensten met redelijke zorg en vakkundigheid worden uitgevoerd).

18. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Behoudens uw wettelijke consumentenrechten hierboven en voor zover het toepasselijke recht dit toestaat, is Mostly Tiny Ltd niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere of gevolgschadevergoeding, of verlies van winsten, gegevens of goodwill, voortvloeiend uit uw gebruik van mostlypdf.com; en onze totale aansprakelijkheid voor enige vordering is beperkt tot wat u ons voor de dienst in de 12 maanden vóór de vordering hebt betaald, zo aanwezig. Niets in deze Voorwaarden sluit onze aansprakelijkheid uit of beperkt deze waar het onwettig zou zijn — inclusief aansprakelijkheid voor dood of persoonlijk letsel veroorzaakt door onze schuld, voor bedrog of bedrieglijke voorstelling van zaken, of enige andere aansprakelijkheid die niet kan worden uitgesloten of beperkt onder het toepasselijke recht.

19. If you are a business customer

This section applies only to business customers and replaces, for them, the limit in "Limitation of liability" above.

Data Processing Agreement. Where we process personal data on your behalf — for example the scan data of people who scan your QR codes, the consent records of your website's visitors, or the documents and pages you ask us to process — our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms, without a separate signature.

Liability. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) £1,000. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The consumer rights described in these Terms and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy do not apply to business customers; our 14-day refund promise does.

20. Toepasselijk recht en geschillen

Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door de wetten van England and Wales, en de rechtbanken van England and Wales hebben rechtsmacht over elk geschil daarover.

Bent u een consument, dan neemt deze keuze van recht niet weg de bescherming van de dwingendrechtelijke consumentenwetten van het land waar u woont, en u kunt ook een zaak aanhangig maken bij de rechtbanken van het land waar u woont.

21. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, in our services or in how we run them. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect and show the new effective date here. If you do not agree, you can cancel or close your account before the change takes effect, and a change never alters a billing period you have already paid for. Changes that are not material — such as clearer wording — take effect when we publish them.

23. MostlyPDF: the service and usage

MostlyPDF provides tools to convert, edit and process PDF files, an AI assistant and an API. Many tools run in your browser; others process your file on our servers. AI requests and API usage beyond your plan are charged per use from your Mostly Tiny wallet at the prices on the pricing page, and the usage is shown in your account.

24. MostlyPDF: the AI assistant

AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them against the document before you rely on them. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

The assistant is provided by Anthropic, which processes the text you send it on our behalf. Under its commercial terms that text is not used to train its models and is deleted from its systems within 30 days, except where it must keep it longer by law or to enforce its usage policies. Do not use the assistant on a document you are not allowed to share with a service provider.

25. MostlyPDF: who owns the outputs

As between you and us, you own the files we generate from your inputs, subject to any rights third parties have in the material you give us or ask us to capture. We claim no rights in them beyond the licence we need to store, process and deliver them to you.
